Mentoring  101 is a highly interactive online training course designed to give you the skills needed to create dynamic mentoring relationships. The interactive format encourages you to put the knowledge you are acquiring to work, allowing you to begin to tap into the potential of mentoring in your own life. By the end of the course you will understand why mentoring is important and you will be able to apply the five critical skills of mentoring to your future mentoring relationships.

Leadership 101’s primary aim is make leadership development relevant and practical for everyone. The lessons in this course will take you through Mentor Leadership Team’s leadership framework, Leadership Essentials, to give you the skills and knowledge you need to take your leadership to the next level. Leadership Essentials begin with Authentic Leadership as the foundational component to effective leadership and then move through the 4 E’s to give you the skills you need to leverage your strengths and the strengths of others to maximize your collective impact. This course is comprised of seven 2-hour lessons.
